• Afraid you'll miss an opportunity? Within 24 hours, you can return an airline ticket purchased on lot.com! Up to 24 hours after making a ticket purchase, you have the right to withdraw from the contract and return the ticket without giving any reason.
• Flying with us, hand luggage is included in the ticket price! Take with you a suitcase or backpack up to 8 kg, as well as a second, smaller piece of hand luggage (such as a handbag) - free of charge and without any hidden fees.
• We also take care of our youngest passengers. Children can count on free coloring books, gifts and special meals and drinks for children. If you are changing flights in Warsaw, a playground is also available at Chopin Airport.
• Do you like to have everything at hand? Store your travel documents and manage your reservations directly in the LOT mobile app for Android or iPhone!
