Information about travel to the Middle East
Due to the current situation in the Middle East, we have decided to cancel flights:
- to/from Dubai (DXB) until March 28;
- to/from Riyadh (RUH) until June 30;
- to/from Tel Aviv (TLV) until May 31;
- to/from Beirut (BEY) from March 31 to May 30.

Can I change my travel date?
Yes. We’ve introduced a special policy for cancelled flights, giving you more flexibility to change your booking. Please contact our Contact Center to change your travel date.
Can I request a refund?
Yes. If your flight has been cancelled, you are entitled to a refund.
