Flight award
Flight awards are issued for flights operated by PLL LOT on routes from and to Poland.
The ticket purchased may be issued for a return or one-way trip in all available booking classes.
1. The flight award are return or one-way tickets.
2. The exchange of Points for the flight award at the given time and on the given route depends on availability of seats.
3. The flights award may be issued only for LOT scheduled flights.
4. The travel under the flight award may start in Poland or abroad.
5. The ticket may be issued for a flight in the LOT Economy Class, LOT Premium Economy and LOT Business Class.
6. For the travel under the flight award the maximum stay is one year, regardless of the route.
7. The booking must be confirmed on the entire route.
8. The flight award may be ordered maximum 6 months before the flight and minimum 2 working days before the flight. (The flight award can be ordered in the working hours of service center (when ordered through offline form).
9. The change of date or time of flight is permitted no less than 1 working day before the commencement of the entire journey. In order to make changes in the flight award, contact the Program Service Centre. The first change is free of charge, each subsequent one shall be payable at PLN 250 for international flights and PLN 150 for domestic flights. 8% VAT should be added to domestic flights. No changes are permitted after the journey has started.
10. The route and passenger’s data may not be changed.
11. The return ticket may be issued for maximum two international sections of the route and two domestic connecting flights within the territory of Poland.
12. Ordering a flight award for a child (aged 2 and older) results in the deduction of the same number points from the account as in the case of a ticket for an adult.
13. A flight award for a child under 2 years of age does not constitute a reward in the program. Such ticket is issued subject to general rules. More information at lot.com.
14. The airport charges for the flight award may be paid for using points or cash. In the first case the ticket is completely free and its cost is covered by LOT. In the second case the payment should be made online (ticket booked via a booker service at lotdlafirm.com) or via the Program Service Centre. Any invoices are issued and sent to the address stated in the profile.
15. The flight award may be returned after PLN 250 is charged for an international ticket and PLN 150 – for a domestic ticket. 8% VAT should be added to domestic flights. The full number of points will be restored to the Participant’s account.Round trip tickets without airport taxes

Thanks to your Points you can upgrade the comfort of your travel from Lot Economy Class to all available higher classes.
1. The number of Points required to acquire the reward in the form of a travel class upgrade depends on booking classes for which the ticket purchased has been issued.
2. The order for the travel class upgrade (MCO) may be issued exclusively to a paid ticket issued for LOT scheduled international flights for the following flight codes:- LO 001 - LO 2999
- LO 3000 - LO 3999
3. The order for the travel class upgrade (MCO) is valid under the validity of the paid ticket purchased in Poland.
4. A passenger travelling based on a paid ticket with the travel class upgrade order (MCO) shall be entitled to all privileges foreseen for a passenger travelling in the business class (including the baggage limit).
5.No additional charges are collected for the issuance of the reward.
6. The travel class upgrade reward covers only a one-way flight on routes from and to Poland. The travel class upgrade for both directions requires ordering two separate rewards.
7. The travel class upgrade may be made from the following classes: B, Y, M, K, H, E, Q.
8. The travel class upgrade award may be ordered minimum 3 working days and maximum 6 months before the planned trip.
9. The program members order the reward by filling in a form on the program website.
10. The reward may be returned only together with the return of the paid ticket. In order to return the award, contact the Program Service Centre. 1. The voucher can be ordered by filling out the form on the website from Monday to Friday no later than 4:00 p.m. on the day preceding the departure date.
2. The prize can be collected at LOT Business Lounge Polonez and LOT Business Lounge Mazurek at the airport in Warsaw or at O'Hare Airport in Chicago (Terminal 5).
3. The voucher is personalized, single-use and valid only at LOT Business Lounge Polonez and LOT Business Lounge Mazurek in Warsaw or at O'Hare Airport in Chicago.
4. Passenger data cannot be changed.
5. Resignation from the prize cannot be accepted.
6. The refund of the prize is possible only in the event of the cancellation of the flight. The refund can be made by contacting the LOT Dla Firm Service Center. In such a case, the full amount of Points will be returned to the Participant's account within 7 days of the return of the prize.
7. Age restrictions: due to regulations in the United States, access to alcohol is only available to people over 21 years of age (purchase and entry for YTH provided an adult is present in the reservation – applies only to the LOT Business Lounge in Chicago)
8. Free entry: Infant up to 2 years of age or child up to 12 years of age traveling with an adult can use the lounge free of charge.
9. The prize can only be used on flights operated by LOT Polish Airlines.

Are you flying in LOT Economy Class but you would like to eat a delicious meal from LOT Premium Class?
Now you can use your Points to take benefits of service My Premium Meal. The service can be purchased for 7 500 Points. The reward is available on transatlantic flights.
1. The reward "My Premium Menu" entitles the Participant to the exchange of Points for the purchase of a Premium class meal service for LOT Economy Class passengers on selected LOT Polish Airlines flights.
2. The reward "My Premium Menu" may be ordered a minimum of 24 hours prior to the planned date of travel, only during the operating hours of the Customer service for LOT Dla Firm.
3. The reward is only available on long-haul flights.
4. The "My Premium Menu" reward depends on the availability of the service on a given flight.
5. The reward is non-refundable except in the case of cancellation of the flight by the carrier. In such a situation, the Points used for the reward will be returned to the Participant's account
