Cybersecurity
In order to ensure the highest level of safety, we kindly ask you to familiarize yourself with the basic rules and best practices provided below.
- Use a unique, dedicated password for logging in, one that is difficult for others to guess.
- Do not use the same password for different accounts and devices.
- Never share or send your login credentials and be cautious of individuals who may impersonate LOT. Our employees will never ask for your password.
- Pay attention to whether the login page URL (where you enter your username and password) starts with "https" and whether the certificate is correctly issued.
- Be cautious of fake security certificates. PLL LOT SA does not require you to install additional software or security certificates. If you are asked to do so, it is likely a scam attempt. In such cases, please contact us.
- Do not download apps from untrusted sources. Always download the PLL LOT SA mobile app from authorized services (Google Play / AppStore).
