Who is eligible for the Limo Service?
The service is available to any passenger or group of passengers (maximum of 4) who hold a boarding pass for a flight operated by LOT Polish Airlines (tickets beginning with '080') and have access to the LOT Business Lounge Mazurek. The reservation must be active. Note: Passengers on charter flights are not eligible for this service.
Where is the service available, and how can it be purchased?
The Limo Service is exclusively offered at Frederic Chopin Airport in Warsaw. To purchase the service, please approach the reception desk at either the LOT Business Lounge Mazurek.
Which flights are included in the service?
The Limo Service applies only to departure flights operated by an aircraft that is located on the tarmac at the position to which the transport of passengers is carried out by bus.
How much does the service cost?
The cost of the service is 300 PLN gross.

These Terms and Conditions are effective as of 19.08.2024.
I. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1. These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for the purchase of the Limo Service provided by Polskie Linie Lotnicze LOT S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, at ul. Komitetu Obrony Robotników 43, (02-146 Warsaw), entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs, kept by the District Court of the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 14th KRS Commercial Law Division, under the KRS number 0000347436, with NIP number 5220003492 (hereafter „Service Supplier” or „PLL LOT”) in the LOT Business Lounge Polonez or Mazurek, located on the premises of Warsaw Chopin Airport in Warsaw.
2. The Limo Service involves transporting passengers referred to in paragraph 3 i 4 below on the route from the gate to the aircraft with a luxurious car, awaiting on the tarmac assisted by a Handling Agent employee.
3. The Limo Service is provided only at Warsaw Chopin Airport in Warsaw and can be purchased only by an adult passenger entitled to enter LOT Business Lounge Polonez or Mazurek, who has an active reservation and a ticket for a departure flight operated by PLL LOT S.A. (ETIX No starting with 080) from Warsaw Chopin Airport in Warsaw (hereafter „Customer”).
4. In case when the Customer’s reservation includes several passengers, the Limo Service will be provided for a maximum of 4 passengers.
II. CONDITIONS FOR PURCHASE AND USE OF THE LIMO SERVICE
1. The Limo Service can be purchased only in LOT Business Lounge Polonez or Mazurek, located at the premises of Warsaw Chopin Airport in Warsaw during the working hours of the lounges. The purchase is made at the main reception desk of the lounge.
2. The availability of the Limo Service depends on the availability of cars used to perform the Limo Service.
3. The Limo Service applies only to departure flights operated by an aircraft that is located on the tarmac at the position to which the transport of passengers is carried out by bus.
4. The Limo Service does not apply to passengers travelling with pets that are taken on board of an aircraft.
5. Smoking or heating tobacco and the use of electronic cigarettes is strictly prohibited in the cars used to perform the Limo Service.
6. The moment the Service Provider receives the payment for the Limo Service is the moment the contract for the provision of the Service is concluded.
7. Passengers using the Limo Service are responsible for all damages caused by them during performance of the service to the equipment of the car used to perform the Limo Service.
8. The Service Provider is not responsible for items brought and left by the Customer and other passengers in the car used to perform the Limo Service. Items left in the car will be handed over to the Lost & Found Office of the Warsaw Chopin Airport in Warsaw. III. PAYMENT FOR THE LIMO SERVICE
1. The condition for the performance of the Limo Service is the payment of the fee in the amount defined in advance in the price list consisting the Appendix No 1 to these Terms and Conditions, which is available in the LOT Business Lounge Polonez and Mazurek, located at the premises of Warsaw Chopin Airport in Warsaw.
2. The payment for the Limo Service can be made:
· In cash,
· By payment card,
· By debit card.
IV. CONDITIONS FOR REFUND OR AMENDMENT
1. In case of cancellation by the Customer of the purchased Limo Service, the fee is non-refundable.
2. In case when the purchased Limo Service cannot be performed due to:
· Cancellation of the flight for which the Limo Service was purchased regardless of the circumstances;
· Changing the position of the aircraft on the tarmac, which allows a direct connection between the gate and the aircraft (so-called jet bridge);
The Service Provider will be obliged to:
· Make a refund to the Customer of the fee paid for the purchase of the unperformed Limo Service.
V. COMPLAINTS
1. All complaints referring to the purchased Limo Service should be reported to the e-mail address: LotBusinessLounge@lot.pl, by filling out the form available on the website www.lot.com or in writing to the address:

02-146 Warsaw with a note Passenger Claims Section;
within 7 days from the moment the causes of the complaint become apparent.
2. The complaint should include the information on the following personal data of the Customer filing a complaint:
· First and last name;
· Correspondence address;
· E-mail address;
· Date of purchase of the Limo Service;
· Reason for the complaint.
3. Complaints arising from ignorance of the Terms and Conditions and the law, as well as those containing incorrect or incomplete data required in paragraph 2 above, as well as complaints containing uncensored and abusive vocabulary will not be considered.
4. Complaints will be considered within 14 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
5. The person filing the complaint will be informed of the manner in which the complaint will be considered in the same manner the complaint was filed i.e. at the mailing or e-mail address provided in the complaint.
VI. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
1. Using the Limo Service requires providing personal data.
2. The data controller is PLL LOT. The data controller can be contacted in writing at the registered office of PLL LOT, by e-mail at: iod@lot.pl or by phone number: +48 22 577 77 55.
3. PLL LOT has appointed Data Protection Officer, who can be contacted in writing at the registered office of PLL LOT or by e-mail at: iod@lot.pl.
4. Personal data of the Customer are processed for the following purposes:
· execution of rights and responsibilities arising from performance of the Limo Service (art. 6(1)(b) RODO),
· undertaking activities related to the implementation of the Limo Service (archiving of documents, internal statistics, reporting) based on the legally legitimate interest of the controller, which is to maintain the quality of service (Article 6(1)(f) RODO),
· accounting, tax and other, related to the performance of legal obligations imposed on PLL LOT (Article 6(1)(c) RODO),
· possible establishment, investigation or defense against claims being the realization of the legitimate interest of PLL LOT (Article 6(1)(f) RODO).
5. For the purpose of performing the Limo Service, the recipients of personal data of the Customer will be LS Airport Services S.A. Additionally, personal data may be transferred to the providers of certain services for PLL LOT (accounting, law, marketing, IT services – to the extent, in which it is essential to perform this services).
6. Personal data of the Customer will be processed for the period, in which provisions of law mandate storage of data or for the limitation period for possible claims, but no longer than 6 years.
7. Provision of personal data by the Customer is voluntary, but related to the performance of the Limo Service. Not providing certain personal data will result in inability to use the Limo Service.
8. In relation to personal data of the Customer, decisions will not be made by automated means, including profiling, or transferred outside the territory of the European Economic Area.
9. In connection with processing of personal data of the Customer, the following rights exercised through any means of communication are granted:
· right of access to personal data;
· right to rectify personal data;
· right to request the deletion of personal data;
· right to request the data controller to restrict the processing of personal data;
· right to object to the processing of personal data, on the basis of legitimate interests for reasons related to the particular situation;
· right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority (President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
VII. FINAL PROVISIONS
1. Any disputes arising from performance of the Limo Service under these Terms and Conditions will be resolved by the competent common courts.
2. All appendices constitute an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
3. The Terms and Conditions are available on lot.com website and in LOT Business Lounge Polonez or Mazurek, located at the premises of Warsaw Chopin Airport in Warsaw.
4. In case of violation of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, PLL LOT is entitled to temporarily ban the violator from entering LOT Business Lounge Polonez and Mazurek, located at the premises of Warsaw Chopin Airport in Warsaw for a fixed period of time of up to 6 months, and in case of gross or persistent violation of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, to completely ban the violator from entering the lounge.
5. Rules of entry to the LOT Business Lounge Polonez and Mazurek, located at the premises of Warsaw Chopin Airport in Warsaw have been defined in the file „The rules of entry to the LOT Business Lounges Polonez and Mazurek”, which constitutes an inherent part of the Terms and Conditions of the Service.
6. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend the provisions of these Terms and Conditions or introduce new ones. Amendments of the Terms and Conditions will be effective from the day of issuing the amended Terms and Conditions. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions do not influence performance of the Limo Service purchased prior to the date the Terms and Conditions were amended.
7. In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the relevant provisions of the law, in particular the Civil Code, are applicable.
