Seat allocation

To ensure a smooth journey, we provide free seat assignments for passengers with disabilities and their companions. Please let us know if you are traveling with a companion when booking your ticket, so we can assign seats together.
Emergency rows
For the safety of all passengers, people with disabilities cannot sit in the evacuation rows.
Seats with extra legroom are located in these rows, and they are reserved exclusively for passengers who are able to provide assistance in emergency situations.
We reserve the right to change your selected seat, even if it has been confirmed in advance.
For more information or to reserve your preferred seat, visit our seat selection page.
When should you travel with a companion?
A companion is necessary during the journey if:
- you are unable to eat without help;
- you are unable to take medication without help during the flight;
- you are unable to use the toilet without help
We recommend travelling with a companion if you have many pieces of baggage, will have many connecting flights or if you are concerned about having difficulties in moving around a foreign airport (e.g. due to a language barrier or other communication difficulties). Please remember that the support offered by a companion can also be invaluable in the event of a flight delay or cancellation.
