How else can you change the date and/or route of your trip?
- You can use the Ticket Change form – you will receive a confirmation of change of your ticket reservation.
- You can also reschedule your flight through our Contact Center.
Remember:
- If you purchased your ticket through a travel agency change the dates via your travel agent.
- Changing the route is possible in the case of a change from an international flight to an international flight and from a domestic flight to a domestic flight.
- In case a pet transportation service is included in your reservation, please contact us and confirm the availability of this service for your new flight date.
Ticket cancellation - everything you need to know
The refund of a ticket when the flight has not been cancelled and is operated as scheduled is also subject to the rules on changes and refunds set out in the terms and conditions of the fare at which the ticket was purchased.
- To check the terms and conditions of your ticket refund, please use the Manage My Booking function.
- You can cancel your ticket yourself by sending us a refund form.
- Once we have received your request, a refund will be calculated based on the ticket purchased and applicable additional charges, if applicable.
- The refund will be processed using the original payment method.
Our Contact Center team can also process your ticket return request and provide the support you need.
Important information before cancelling a reservation:
- Cancellation of a reservation cannot be undone.
- If the ticket was purchased through an intermediary: at a travel agency or through another airline, for cancellation contact the ticket issuer directly.
- If you have a group booking regarding cancellation, please contact the ticket issuer directly.
Remember!
If you know in advance that your plans have changed and you will not be able to make your trip, please inform us before your scheduled start date.
In the event of a no-show, the conditions for ticket refunds are very limited and, for many fares, impossible.
