Are you traveling from Baku (GYD) in Azerbaijan or from Athens (ATH) in Greece? Choose a seat via online check-in option, then proceed to the counter at the airport so we can verify the required documents. We will then give you a boarding pass with a QR code.

How can I upgrade the comfort of my trip?

If you want to upgrade your trip, you will do it in four ways:

Take part in the auction and submit your offer (opens in a new tab) - if it is the highest, we will exchange your ticket and send it to the email address you provided in your reservation up to 24 hours before departure.
Guarantee your seat by making an immediate payment (opens in a new tab) - you will do this between 72 and 36 hours before departure if your flight qualifies for an upgrade. The upgrade proposal will also appear in the Manage Booking tab.
Get in touch with our Contact Center - no earlier than 72h before departure, you can upgrade at a promotional price.
Upgrade on the day of departure - you will do it at check-in counters, LOT ticket counters, LOT Transfer Center counters or even before boarding the plane itself. Remember that the availability of the service depends on the number of available seats.
