In 2024, we carried 10.7 million passengers on board our planes.
The most interesting numbers:
- We operated 107,926 flights
- We covered a total of 148 million kilometers
- Our aircraft spent 249,000 hours in the air

LOT is bigger and financially stable. These are the foundations of our adopted strategy, which we are consistently implementing. I would like to thank the entire LOT Polish Airlines team and our partners. Thanks to their work, LOT is the preferred airline in our region and the carrier that will ultimately become the leading airline of the most modern airport in Europe—the future Central Communication Port (CPK). I would also like to thank our passengers for choosing to travel on our welcoming aircraft. Our crews and the entire LOT team strive to ensure that every journey meets expectations. With new aircraft, we can offer even more attractive destinations, and the recently opened LOT Business Lounge in Chicago, along with the expanded and renovated Polonez Lounge in Warsaw, significantly enhance the travel experience for our business passengers

In 2024, we opened our first LOT Business Lounge in North America at O'Hare Airport in Chicago. What's more, we completed the renovation of our LOT Business Lounge Polonez, which now features a completely new, stylish interior.

The year 2024 brought many new products on board our aircraft. Aiming to enhance your travel comfort and promote Polish heritage and culture, we introduced:
Two prestigious IATA certificates
In 2024, we proudly obtained prestigious certificates:
- CEIV Fresh, confirming the highest standards in transporting perishable products.
- CEIV Lithium Batteries, proving our expertise in the transportation of lithium-ion batteries and their components.
LOT Charters – strengthening our presence in the charter segment
In 2024, we also strengthened our presence in the charter flight segment—LOT Charters. Thanks to our cooperation with the largest travel agencies and leveraging market potential in Warsaw and regional airports, our transport performance for charter flights in 2024 was 10.6% higher than in 2023.
On charter flights in 2024, we carried 18.5% more passengers than in 2023 (1.3 million vs. 1.1 million). The number of flights operated also increased by 16.4% (7,300 vs. 6,300 in 2023).
