Ticket Refund

1. Cancelled flights

Fill in the form to receive a refund for the cancelled flight. After accepting your application, we will process the return in the same form that you paid.

2. Refund at passenger's request

You can refund your ticket for a non-cancelled flight by ffilling in the contact form. Your application will be forwarded to the appropriate team of consultants who will process the refund amount depending on the ticket fare conditions. You can check them in the "Manage My Booking". 

3. Procedure 24H 

Within 24 hours of purchasing the ticket, you can return it without any consequences. Remember that you must report the return of the reservation within 24 hours from the moment of purchase on lot.com. Check what conditions you have to meet.
