The terms of group booking

The group consists of a minimum of 10 people in the LOT Economy Class or a minimum of 6 people in the LOT Premium Economy / LOT Business Class, traveling together, on the same date, on the same route and the same LOT Polish Airlines scheduled flights.

The price of group tickets may be slightly higher than for individual tickets, but thanks to a special service package you gain more flexibility when planning your trip, as well as additional benefits not available in the traditional offer!

What is the minimum number of passengers in a group booking?

The LOT Polish Airlines group offer is available for a minimum of 10 passengers traveling together in economy class, or a minimum of 6 passengersfor premium and business classes.

Do I need to provide the names of all passengers at the time of making a group booking?

There is no need to do so! We offer great flexibility - the deadline for providing the names of all passengers is 7 days before departure.

Is the date of making a reservation the same as the date of issuing tickets?

No, the deadline for issuing group tickets is 7 days before departure.

Is it possible to change passenger data?

It is possible to change passenger data free of charge before the date of issuance of tickets. After this date, we allow you to change the names on the ticket for an additional fee.

What about bookings made less than 7 days before departure?

In such situations, the entry of names and the issuance of tickets must be done within 24 hours after the confirmation of the reservation.

Does the group offer include the carriage of checked baggage?

Yes, each passenger is entitled to one piece of checked baggage included in the ticket price when using the LOT Polish Airlines group offer. It is possible to purchase additional pieces of baggage or sports equipment, according to the traditional terms and conditions.

Can I make a refund of issued group tickets?

No, group tickets are not refundable.

How long does it take to price a group request?

The current average group request processing time takes up to 48 hours.

Is payment for a group flight required at the time of booking confirmation?

No, only a deposit of 25% of the net fare is required, up to 7 days after the seats confirmation. You will be informed of the payment deadline for the full amount by email.

When using the group offer, can I travel with children under the age of two?

Yes, the smallest passengers can travel with their guardians with 90% discount on the net fare.
