*Every 13th passenger in a group booking receives a ticket with a zero fare rate. The discount applies to the fare value and does not include additional fees. See full terms and conditions.
The group offer contains a special service package, which includes:
- reservation of seats without specifying a passenger list;
- free allocation of seats;
- checked baggage always included in the price;
- possibility to change passenger data without giving a reason (before the start of the trip);
- special conditions of pricing and cancellation.

The terms of group booking
The group consists of a minimum of 10 people in the LOT Economy Class or a minimum of 6 people in the LOT Premium Economy / LOT Business Class, traveling together, on the same date, on the same route and the same LOT Polish Airlines scheduled flights*.
The price of group tickets may be slightly higher than for individual tickets, but thanks to a special service package you gain more flexibility when planning your trip, as well as additional benefits not available in the traditional offer!
*Children up to the age of 11 are not counted toward the minimum number of passengers in the group.
Group Promotion Terms and Conditions
- The promotion is valid from January 8 to January 31, 2025 (the sale date is considered the date of offer preparation).
- The offer applies to flights from January 8, 2025, to June 30, 2025. For round-trip flights, the travel period includes the dates of all flights that are part of the trip.
- The offer is valid for groups traveling on the same ticket and on flights operated by LOT Polish Airlines.
- The promotion applies to ad-hoc groups confirmed and operated in LOT Economy Class.
- Every group eligible according to the conditions of the promotion, receives an appropriate amount of tickets with the 100% discount from the Master PNR fare LOT NET FARE (in case of a 13-person group, 12 tickets at full price + one at a discount).
- 13–25 passenger groups are entitled to one ticket at 0 PLN net fare.
- 26–38 passenger groups are entitled to two tickets at 0 PLN net fare.
- For larger groups, the same discounts apply for every additional 13 people.
- Taxes and YQ/YR surcharges remain unchanged.
- To take advantage of the promotion, fill out the form “Group Offer” and in the “Additional information” field include information that you want to take advantage of the promotion.
- The promotion cannot be combined with the Tour Leader discount mentioned in the special conditions.
- Remaining details are in compliance with the standard LOT Polish Airlines’ group offer conditions.
