Within 24 hours of purchase, you can cancel your ticket free of charge or change it under special conditions. Take advantage of this option and make your decision with confidence!

Cancel a ticket within 24 hours of purchase to keep a full refund, even if the fare purchased is non-refundable.

 Cancelling a booking within 24 hours is a simple process. You can do this via the contact form or via Contact Center. The refund will be processed within 7 days.

Don't want to cancel your trip but just change the date? We offer the possibility to change your booking once within 24 hours of purchase under special conditions.

Depending on the availability of fares for the new travel dates, rebooking:

• is free of charge if the same fare is available;
• requires the fare difference to be covered, up to the currently available fare, but with no additional fees for processing the change.

To make a change, contact our Contact Cener. A consultant will present you with the available options and update your ticket.

In order do receive a full refund or change of booking, conditions listed below should be met:

• individual ticket should be purchased within 24 hours via lot.com or Contact Center;
• ticket number should begin from 080-;
• you declare the return/change within 24 hours of the document being issued;
• there are at least 24 hours remaining before the scheduled departure time of the first flight on the ticket.

Important! If the ticket was purchased through a travel agency or third-party seller, please contact the ticket issuer directly to verify the possibility of applying this procedure.

24-hour refund and change procedure does not apply to tickets that have already been exchanged.
