By buying extra baggage through our website, mobile app, or Contact Center, you’ll get a discount and save time – airport prices are always the highest.
Overweight or oversized baggage? No problem!
Travel worry-free, even with excess baggage. If your bag exceeds the allowed dimensions (total height, width, and depth over 158 cm) or weight (over 23 kg), you can easily pay the excess baggage fee via our Contact Center – and make sure everything is in order before you travel. Please note: the maximum weight for a single piece of baggage is 32 kg.
When can you add baggage?
You can add extra baggage online up to 5 hours before departure!
- Up to 12 hours before departure via our websitel.
- Between 36 and 5 hours before departure (during online check-in) via our mobile app.
- Less than 5 hours before departure – only at the airport.
